Why we built it

Clients shouldn't have to chase for an update, hunt through email for the latest document, or wait for a call to find out where an invoice stands. The Client Portal gives you the same live picture we work from, so decisions are made on current information and everyone is working from the same, approved version.

Secure by design

Access is by personal invitation only, and set up through a time-limited link.
You only ever see your own organisation's projects.
Documents appear only once EJH has explicitly approved them for issue.
Internal working files are never visible to clients.
