Training & Mentoring

What it involves

Training & Mentoring means upskilling your own engineers in systems engineering best practice — requirements discipline, V&V thinking, interface management, assurance mindset — tailored to the programme you're actually running, not a generic course. That can take the shape of structured workshops, embedded on-the-job coaching, or a mix of both, depending on what the team needs and how much time they can realistically give it.

Why it matters

A consultancy that only ever does the work for a client leaves nothing behind when the engagement ends. We think that's a bad trade for the client, even if it's a comfortable one for the consultancy. Teams that understand why a requirement needs to be traceable, or why an interface needs an owner, make better decisions long after we've left — which is a better long-term outcome for a client than permanent dependence on outside help.

What you get

Training content built around your real programme rather than a generic syllabus, hands-on mentoring alongside your engineers rather than a one-off lecture, and a team that's measurably more capable of running its own systems engineering discipline once the engagement ends.
